By accessing, installing, or engaging with our credit management interface, you grant explicit consent to be regulated by the stipulations defined herein. Should any provision be considered unacceptable, your exclusive remedy is to immediately cease all interaction with the application and delete it from your device.
2. User Eligibility and Registration
Legal Capacity
Our digital services are reserved strictly for individuals aged 18 or older who possess the legal standing to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Data Veracity
To access our full financial suite, you are required to complete the registration process using authentic and current personal information.
Identity Protection
Impersonating others or establishing unauthorized accounts for third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
3. Operational Protocols and Security
Confidentiality
You are the primary custodian of your account's security. This includes the rigorous protection of your passwords, PINs, and One-Time Passwords (OTPs).
Presumption of Intent
Satyamangalam Vriddhi shall recognize all activities executed through your credentials as authorized by you personally.
Restricted Conduct
You agree to refrain from activities that undermine the platform, such as:
- Attempting to breach our server infrastructure or network security.
- Utilizing the platform for money laundering or illicit financial schemes.
- Modifying, reverse-engineering, or attempting to extract the underlying source code.
- Transmitting malicious code or harassing our support personnel.
4. Proprietary Rights and Licensing
Organization Ownership
The Satyamangalam Vriddhi application, including its unique logic, UI design, and intellectual assets, remains our organization's exclusive property.
Usage License
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, personal license to use the app for its intended credit-tracking utility.
Data Processing
While you maintain ownership of your financial records, you grant us a functional license to process and archive this data to facilitate your service experience.
5. Liability Disclaimers and Limitations
Service Condition
The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, without guarantees regarding constant uptime or error-free performance.
Non-Advisory Status
Information within the application is for record-keeping only and does not constitute formal legal or financial advice.
Damage Caps
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, we are not liable for incidental financial setbacks or data corruption resulting from the use of our services.
6. Amendments, Termination, and Jurisdiction
Right to Update
We reserve the authority to revise these terms. Continued usage following such updates implies your acceptance of the amended Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Legal disputes shall be adjudicated exclusively within Indian courts.
