1. Meanings
In these Terms:
- Catalogue means https://www.satyamangvriddhi.com.
- Operator means Satyamangalam Co op Urban Bank Ltd., CIN 33AAAAT4060G1ZU, at 155 Bazaar Street,Post Box No.5,Satyamangalam,Dist Erode,Tamilnadu.
- You means the individual or firm that loads a page or sends a form.
2. How these Terms become binding
By loading a page, saving material from it, or sending a form, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If either text is unacceptable, leave the site.
3. Intended readers
The Catalogue is aimed at adults who buy or source in the course of trade. A person who acts for a firm warrants that the firm is bound by that act.
4. On-screen content is illustrative only
Photographs, copy, measures, pack sizes and suggested minimum lots are illustrative. Grade, rate, tax and shipping timetable become definite only in a written quotation that we issue. A message sent from our mailbox counts as writing.
5. An enquiry is not a contract
Completing a box and pressing send is a rate enquiry, and nothing more. It is not a purchase order and it is not a bargain.
We may pick the message up, leave it, or ask for further papers, and we need not give a reason.
A sale exists only when we issue an acceptance or a proforma that matches a quotation you have already taken, or when both sides execute a separate sale document.
A figure printed on an item sheet has no force until that writing exists. Unless the sheet says otherwise, GST, freight and packing may sit outside the figure.
6. Settlement is off-site
The Catalogue has no till, no escrow pocket, and no automatic “order confirmed”. If settlement occurs, it is arranged away from these pages.
7. Conduct required of you
You will keep to the law. You will not invent a firm name or a telephone number. You will not flood, probe or break the Catalogue, plant harmful code, or enter without permission. You will not harvest item sheets with a script unless we have first agreed in writing. You will not lift our wording onto a rival board. You will not hold out our name as if we had endorsed a third party when we have not.
8. Ownership of text and images
Item text, photographs, page layout and marks belong to the Operator or to persons who licensed them to us. Saving or printing a page is allowed only so you can decide whether to buy. Any other copy needs our written yes.
9. Sites and parties we do not control
A link may point elsewhere. We do not run those other sites and we do not answer for what they say or how they treat data. A mill, warehouse or carrier brought in after an enquiry is its own principal, unless an appointment on paper says it is not.
10. No warranty that the board is complete
The Catalogue and every sheet on it are published without a warranty of completeness, currency, or fitness for a particular purchase. To the extent Indian law lets an operator do so, every warranty that would otherwise be read in — merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, and the rest — is excluded.
We do not warrant that every line is free of a typing fault, or that a rate on screen is the rate you will pay.
11. Cap on money exposure
Where harm flows only from visiting the Catalogue or relying on a sheet (and not from a signed sale document), the Operator’s money exposure stops at INR 10,000. Consequential harm — lost profit, lost files, injured reputation, and the like — is not for our account, except where Indian law makes that sentence void.
A signed sale document, if one exists, carries its own risk rules. These Terms do not extinguish a liability that the law forbids us to extinguish.
12. Costs caused by your conduct
You will hold the Operator harmless against claims, out-of-pocket loss and reasonable lawyers’ bills that arise from your misuse of the Catalogue, from false particulars in an enquiry, or from a breach of these Terms.
13. Changes, and taking the board down
Item sheets, on-screen figures, and these Terms may be replaced at any time. The Catalogue may go dark or disappear. When the Terms change, the date at the top moves. Loading the pages after that is acceptance.
14. Governing law and forum
The law of India applies. Subject to rights that cannot be signed away, the courts at Erode, Tamil Nadu hear the dispute, and no other court does.
